Use your senses:
Print out these photographs to posters for iinteractive displays.
Go for a real or imaginary walk in the countryside.
Look for mini beasts.
Listen to birds singing closeby and in the distance.
Wait for the sound of a distant motor car. Listen to it coming closer.
Taste the fresh grass.
Smell the air.
Feel the breeze.
Talk about wild berries. Know the edible and the poison ones.
Extend these activites and design others to encourage childrens' learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
