Using ARTS © puts a whole different light on the subject. So much so that you may be surprised at who can do what in your team.

Using the ARTS Model ©, one of our 'tools of the trade', our experienced consultant offers practical support and advice to help you optimise your workforce practices; whilst staying down to earth and relationship-orientated. The ARTS Model © has been created, developed and implemented by Margaret Simms who has published articles on the topic and concept of understanding and applying ARTS © .
ARTS © has two implementation methods, both of which can be used to stimulate Early Years practitioners and motivate the workforce. The first is via consultant led workshops and the second self-implementation which involves taking the steps, established and provided by ProCEEd work through ARTS © yourself within your own Childcare setting.
