As you know, Sure Start Children's Centres (SSCCs)
work on a postcode basis, so make sure that your families
get their entitlement by encouraging them to register
at your local Children's Centre.
Sure Start Children's Centres are open 5 days a week
for most of the year to provide early learning,
full day care, teacher input,
family health services, including ante-natal services,
parental outreach family support services,
a base for childminder networks,
support for children and parents with special needs,
and links with Jobcentre Plus.

Keep a copy of the SSCC post code list in one pocket
and, in the other, keep a list of services and activities
available to families who live outside of the postcode area.
