Destination Derbyshire 2008 - all round success
For a hassel free trip from Nottingham to Derby I recommend the Derby Arrow. Catch it at Victoria Centre. It is quicker than driving. You don't need to fret about parking and you can chat to your 'seat-mate' all the way home.
Once in Derby, a quick trip across the square brought me to the Assembly Rooms for Destination Derbyshire, where a gathering of hoteliers and conference venue-ists tempted delegates with sweets, chocolates, manicures and 'savvy' dressing advice.
Not only did I come away with a bundle of potential venues to shortlist, I now know there is a very easy way of finding out my body shape (according to award winning Savvy Style Consultants) AND to top that I earned myself a place in the Conference Peak District and Derbyshire Newsletter:
